How location suggestions work
When you are within about 100 feet of a saved site, Pro can suggest the name used before. You confirm or change it. If location permission, signal quality, or GPS accuracy is insufficient, you can choose the site manually. A location suggestion never fills in today's hazards or controls.
What gets saved with a filing
Pro can attach available weather, wind, temperature, time, and location data to the filing record. These are reference details alongside the JSA, not a substitute for checking conditions at the job site or completing the safety assessment.
Moving to a company
If your company adds you to Company Pro, your account and prior JSAs stay with you. Your individual subscription stops billing when the company seat takes over. Company admins can then manage that seat from their dashboard.
Individual and Individual Pro allow guest signatures, with final limits to be announced before launch; Crew, Crew Pro, and Company Pro are planned to allow unlimited guest signatures. Company Pro: 1–24 seats at $7.99 each per month; 25 seats for $124.99 per month; seats 26–100 add $3.99 each per month; seats above 100 add $3.24 each per month. More than 2,000 seats will use custom pricing. All features on this page are planned, not active services.
